A gruesome twist on the game Who Wants to Be a Millionaire where the player has to choose if an item is real or cake. If they start to lose, they must start betting their organs in order to continue playing.

5 was my highest score, I just have shit luck. I did like the game, "donating" your organs as lives was a nice aspect. Wish the items had slight differences maybe, cause its completely up to chance with no tools. Had fun though, hopefully I can make it past 5 without losing my life lol.
